They will be sent to you for review within the first 7-10 days of receiving back your Qs. We encourage feedback—what you like or don’t like from each design. Once the design is approved, then we will move to the actual build out phase.
Yes! When the site is mostly done, we will provide a link for you to review the content, links, functionality, layout—everything. Any changes you want, just let us know.
Your complete satisfaction with your website is our goal. We offer unlimited revisions on the site’s design, content, and layout. Keep in mind that what we create for you is based on the questionnaires we send—so be sure to fill those out in detail to minimize missed expectations.
We believe in doing what we are good at, and that is creating websites, not hosting. However, we will walk you through how to set up a hosting account and we will manage the account for you, including transferring what we are building onto a live server. We allow our clients to choose their hosting service desired, but we highly recommend: DreamHost or Siteground.

When your site first goes live, we will keep a permanent copy. After that, your hosting site will handle future backups.
For most clients, $3,280 is the full buyout cost. You may also lease the website for as low as $199 down and $99 per month. If you lease, you can opt to buyout the site at a 2% prorated amount per month. Select industries and website styles may be quoted more due to the time and expertise needed to get the job done right.
You can cancel your web lease subscription at any time by calling our office or emailing your account manager. Cancellation request that occur within six months of service are subject to a $450 cancellation fee. As soon as we receive your notice, the leased website will be suspended. We do keep the files for 60 days so you can restart your lease subscription if you change your mind. You can also choose to buy the rights to the website at any time; the rate is prorated at 2% per month.
Usually, yes. This depends on where your current email is hosted through. Some do not transfer well but we will help you tackle this issue if it occurs.
If everything goes smoothly, it takes approximately 30-40 business days (6-8 weeks) to complete a site from design to live. The time frame is highly dependent on the return (and completion) of the questionnaires we send and your feedback and response at each phase or inquiry.
Logo and business card design services are an additional (one-time) $99.
